Sacred Groved of Pune – ICH project

Strange carvings present in the viscinity Lush green grove at Chikhalgaon Tulsi Vivah taking place as part of an annual yatra to the sacred grove of Bhordi Many of them are present in the grove Sacred Grove of Bhimashankar Bhorgiri Caves dedicated to Lord Shiva Waghai temple at Ajeevali. Waghai is the presiding goddess of this grove.
