Book Launch of the Burra Bungalows & All That, a documentation of the built heritage of Tea Gardens of Assam, on 1st March 2013 at INTACH. Mr. Prafull Goradia, doyen of the tea industry and former MP was the Chief Guest. The book release was followed by an audio visual account of life in the tea gardens in the years gone, the “Chai Bagan” by Mrs. Asha Chopra, wife of senior planter.
